| The proposed stadium will be the
home field to the two Youngstown City high schools (Chaney
and East) along with the city’s two parochial high schools (Ursuline
and Cardinal Mooney). Located downtown next to the new Chevrolet
Center, this project will contribute to the revitalization of
Youngstown’s Central district. The project includes an 8,000
seat capacity stadium, synthetic turf, 8 lane all-weather
surface track, four home locker rooms, two visitor locker rooms,
concession stands, public restrooms, general storage,
memorabilia stand, two press boxes with filming platforms and
two loges in each press box. |
